The Century Seafood Restaurant in Century Park Hotel, Manila

A couple of weeks ago, we celebrated my Ama's (grandmother) 80 something birthday. The entire relatives had a typical Chinese Lauriat to celebrate this wonderful occasion. We had a total of 9 courses plus 3 kinds of desserts! The trick is to just take a small sample of everything in order to taste all of the dishes.


What we ate:

FRIED PIGEON

FRIED TARO PUFFS

BROCCOLI FLOWER WITH SCALLOPS

MOCHI BALLS

MANGO SAGO SOUP

BLACK SESAME MOCHI BALLS IN GINGER SOUP

My Ama may be 80 something but she's healthy as a horse and as sharp as a tack! We love you so much AMA!!!
